PROVIACRYL
First-class K&B resin
retec® PROVIACRYL is a powder/liquid system for the indirect, extraoral fabrication of crowns and bridges and for the attachment of veneers to metal frameworks.
Product details
Indications:
- Provisional crowns and bridges
- Luting and fixing veneers to metal frameworks
- Luting and fixing prepared denture teeth to metal frameworks
- Restoration/bonding of facets
- Aesthetic additions to and repairs of denture teeth
Processing:
Mixing ratio: 10 g powder with 5 g liquid
Swelling phase: approx. 1 minute
Casting/flowing phase: approx. 2 minutes
Kneading phase: approx. 5 minutes
Polymerisation can be carried out at room temperature, duration approx. 10 - 14 min.
*To reduce susceptibility to plaque, we recommend polymerisation in a pressure pot at 2-3 bar and a water temperature of 45°C for approx. 15 minutes.

For direct procedure in dental practices
retec® PROVIACRYL N is an easy-to-use material for the intraoral fabrication of temporary crowns and bridges directly in the dental practice (chairside procedure).

- Direct intraoral application in the dental practice
Processing:
Mixing ratio: 10 g powder with 5 g liquid
Swelling phase: approx. 1 minute
Pouring/flow phase: approx. 2 minutes
Kneading phase: approx. 4 minutes
Polymerisation takes place at room temperature for approx. 9 - 12 minutes.

retec® PROVIACRYL HYBRID is an easy-to-use material for the safe and aesthetic fabrication of immediate solutions.

- Indirect, extraoral fabrication of temporary crowns and bridges
- Placement and fixation of veneers on metal frameworks
- Placement and fixation of prepared prefabricated teeth on metal frameworks
- Restoration / bonding of facets
- Cosmetic additions and repairs to prefabricated teeth
Processing:
Mixing ratio: 10 g powder with 4.5 g liquid
Swelling phase: approx. 1 minute
Pouring/flow phase: approx. 2 minutes
Kneading phase: approx. 5 minutes
Polymerisation:
Polymerisation can take place at room temperature, duration approx. 8-12 min.
