Auxiliary Materials
Proper processing is essential for achieving precise prosthetic results. Our auxiliary materials provide the ideal foundation for working with our resins and support you in achieving optimal outcomes.
ISOLAN
Alginate-based insulating solution
For the perfect insulation of hot and cold polymerisates against plaster. The insulating solution can be applied very thinly and therefore enables the finished work to fit exactly. Despite the thin layer thickness, optimum separation of plaster and resin is ensured.
Product details
Indications:
- Insulation of plaster surfaces against polymers
Application:
Apply 1-2 thin coats of insulating solution to the plaster model with a brush and allow to dry.
Features:
- Short drying time
- Can be applied in thin layers, for precise fitting accuracy
- Smooth surfaces
- Easy removal of the finished work from the plaster model
- Stable in storage
- Formaldehyde-free
Colour:
blue, red, yellow, violet, petrol and colourless
Dosage forms / packaging:
Liquid: 500ml & 1000ml
We supply both finished products and partially customised goods according to your specifications and wishes. Other delivery quantities such as large containers on request.
ACRYLATE SOLVENT
Special bonding agent
Special chemical bonding agent to improve the bond between the denture material and highly cross-linked, prefabricated acrylic teeth.
Product details
Indications:
- For improving the bond between prefabricated resin teeth and PMMA resins
Application:
Apply a thin layer of the liquid 1-2 times to the cleaned tooth surfaces and insert into the denture after a short exposure time (approx. 2 minutes).
Features:
- short application time
- easy processing
- Robust and long-lasting results
Colour:
colourless
Dosage forms / packaging:
